We also talked about Level 1 evaluations - or what is commonly referred to as smile sheets. We watched a short video of Will Thalheimer sharing why he believes we need to change what we ask (and when we ask it) on these and reviewed one of his examples. He calls them "Performance-focused Smile Sheets" and has written about it extensively - including writing a book that I've heard nothing but praise about. See the links below for more info.
In terms of meeting, we decided to use reach out to more of our Downtown members before determining the next meeting date, time, and topic. More on that in another post.
